Before joining the Everglades Foundation, Bibi was providing communication services to Royal Caribbean, Fisher Price Toys, Jack Daniels, Pepsi-Cola, and other visible brands.

Prior to being a consultant, she was an Account Supervisor & Events Manager for Publicis Sanchez & Levitan. During that time, Bibi had the opportunity to plan and execute a number of multi-markets Hispanic events and promotions for brands under the Seagram Americas umbrella.  She also served as the National Hispanic spokesperson for Marshalls department stores, creating special promotions and while in charge of their Hispanic media relations program, she appeared on numerous local and network Hispanic television and radio shows representing the Marshalls brand.

Bibi has extensive experience developing and executing communications programs in the Southeast for a variety of national clients; her experience in multi-cultural public relations sums up to over 20 years.  As a very capable coordinator of special events and promotions, Bibi has worked for The Coca-Cola Company during Carnival Miami, as well as other grassroots events during special Hispanic holidays. Bibi is also proud to have worked with the late Celia Cruz, the renowned “Queen of Salsa”, during the launch of Cuban Time, a book about Cuban culture in the United States.

In her free time, Bibi volunteers at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens coordinating sell-out events to raise funds for the preservation and conservancy of the museum. She also enjoys tending to her orchids and whenever possible, she’s off on a new travel adventure by land or sea!
